GOTREL, Barbara Jean

Barbara Jean sadly passed away on Wednesday 18th March, aged 83. Devoted and beloved wife of Maurice, dearly loved Mum of Jeanette and the late Jacqueline and a very special Step Mum to Nic & Rosy; adored Nanna of Wendy, Sarah, Damian, Betty, Patrick, Kirree, Orin & Onnee, and much-loved Great Nanna of Poppy, Dylan, Ferne & Jack, Noah & Arlen. A very special ‘in law’ to Graham, Steve, Ben, Laura, Georgia and Dave. Deeply valued long term supporter of Hospice & IOM Anti Cancer and a very well-respected, award-winning flower arranger. Barbara will be very sadly missed by all her family and many friends. Funeral service at St Peter’s Church, Onchan at 9.30am on Thursday 2nd April followed by family cremation at Douglas Crematorium at 10.45am. Flowers very welcome, or donations in lieu of flowers to Hospice & IOM Anti Cancer Association. The family would like to invite you to Talk of the Town to share our many happy memories.
