Ken Faragher, JP, Dip. F.D., M.B.I.E., L.M.B.I.F.D
Chairman/Funeral Director - Ken conducted his first funeral in 1974 and has since supported over 10,000 families. Following in his father’s footsteps, he has always been dedicated to providing the highest level of care and attention to every family he works with. He holds the National Association of Funeral Directing (NAFD) Diploma in Funeral Directing (Dip F.D.), has been a member of the British Institute of Embalmers (BIE) since 1980, and is a Licentiate Member of the British Institute of Funeral Directors (LMBIFD). While Ken is now taking a step back from the day-to-day running of the business, handing over responsibilities to his daughter Charlotte, he remains a vital part of the team, sharing his wealth of knowledge and experience to support both colleagues and families.

Charlotte Creasey Faragher, Dip. F.A.A., Dip. F.D.
Managing Director/Funeral Director - Charlotte has been part of the family business since 2013, training in every aspect of funeral directing. Proud to follow in the footsteps of her dad and granda, she holds both the National Association of Funeral Directing (NAFD) Diploma in Funeral Arranging and Administration (Dip F.A.A.) and the NAFD Diploma in Funeral Directing (Dip F.D.). As Managing Director, Charlotte is dedicated to guiding families with compassion and care, ensuring they feel supported at every step. Always approachable and hands-on, she is committed to upholding the values and standards built over generations.

Sarah McLean, BA (Hons)
Office Manager/Funeral Director - Sarah is our Office Manager and a Funeral Director, with a degree in Applied Social Science that deepens her understanding of people during life’s most difficult times. Formerly a Chief Registrar, she brings extensive knowledge of legal and administrative processes, helping families navigate the necessary arrangements with confidence. Sarah oversees the smooth running of the office, including invoicing and finances, and is working towards her National Association of Funeral Directing (NAFD) Diploma in Funeral Arranging and Administration (Dip F.A.A.). Known for her organised and caring nature, she is always ready to offer guidance and support.

George Graham
Funeral Director/Funeral Service Operative - George joined the team in 2025 and holds a Level 2 qualification in Counselling Skills. Known for his attentive and compassionate approach, he works closely with families to ensure their wishes are fully reflected in every arrangement. George also supports the operational side of the business, helping to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.

Heather Fox
Office Receptionist - Heather joined the team in 2025 and brings a strong administrative background to her role. She plays a key part in keeping the office running efficiently, managing enquiries, appointments, and day-to-day tasks with professionalism and care. Organised and approachable, Heather is always on hand to support both the team and the families we serve, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and well looked after. Her friendly manner and attention to detail make her an invaluable part of the business.

Dan Gomersall, M.M.O.
Funeral Operative Manager - Daniel joined the team in 2023 and manages all aspects of our funeral service operations, from preparing coffins, caring for, and preparing the deceased, and Pallbearing at our funeral services. Dedicated and professional, he ensures every detail is individual and handled with care and respect. Following on from his Mortuary Management qualifications, Daniel is currently working towards his embalming qualifications, further expanding his skills to support the families we serve.
