COWIN, Noel Henry

We are saddened to announce the passing of Noel Henry Cowin aged nearly 73 years at Nobles Hospital. Beloved youngest son of the late Ephriam Noel and Elizabeth Taylor ‘Ephie & Betty’. Cousin, and much loved brother of Ruth, Frank, John and the late David. Loved by all his nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at Douglas Borough Crematorium on Monday 1st December at 11am followed by burial.
