WATTERSON On Friday 16th January 2026 at Marathon Court Nursing Home, George Douglas Stanley “Stan” of The Park, Onchan, beloved husband of the late Jean, much loved father of Robert, Peter and Paul, father-in-law of Caroline and Shelagh, grandfather of Sara, Isabelle, Aaley, Caillin, Tayrn, Thomas and George and great grandfather of Erin, he will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service will take place at Onchan Methodist Church at 11.00am on Thursday 5th February 2026 followed by a private cremation. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers if so desired should be sent to The Isle of Man Cripples Guild.
