ALMOND, Edna May

‍Edna May – On Wednesday 1st July 2026, peacefully at Marathon Court Nursing Home, aged 90 years. Adored wife of 68 years to Deryk, much loved mum of Diane and Antony. Cherished grandmother of Luke , Bradley and Maizy. Cherished Sister of Donald, Joyce and the late Beth, Aunty to many nieces and nephews. She will be remembered for her sweet caring nature as a charge nurse and hospice volunteer, whilst also overcoming and living with a significant head injury sustained in the prime of her life.

‍A service to celebrate Edna’s life will be held at Douglas Crematorium on Wednesday 22nd July 2026 at 11.30am. Family flowers only please.
