Canavan - Peter John (The Cat) passed peacefully on Tuesday 23rd September at Thie Meanagh, with his wife and daughter at his side. Peter, 84; much loved husband to Margaret, father to Paul, Clifford, Roslyn and Evelyn. Proud grandfather to his 7 wonderful grandchildren. A devout Evertonian he will be remembered by all as an iconic legend striding down Peel Road. As per Peter’s wishes a private cremation has taken place. Donations in lieu of flowers to Thie Meanagh, Manor Woods, Farmhill, Isle of Man, IM2 2PF, the family are grateful for the immense care Peter received during his time there.
